Native to the Western Ghats, Pepper is popularly known as the “King of Spices”. Pepper is a climbing vine and needs a supporting tree to grow. From the  same pepper plant we can make three kinds of pepper: 1) Black Pepper, 2) Green Pepper, 3)White pepper. The world’s best quality pepper is growing in and around Western Ghats. Pepper is one of the most common spice used all over the world. The harvesting season is between December to March.
