Angel trumpet plant is a shrub very commonly found in the Western Ghats of India. It grows to a height of 3-5 meters with funnel shaped white flowers. The shape and color inspires the flower’s name.
The foliage is the food plant of many species of butterfly. Angel trumpet is frequently grown as an ornamental plant by the farmers which also creates the boundaries of their farm fields.

Angels trumpet is brugmanzia and devils trumpet is datura. You might want to take a closer look at the plant and research to make sure you’ve identified it correctly.
