Authentica Manuel Antonio

After the opening years helped us strengthen our resolve, 2022 was the year we expanded Authentica beyond the first two locations. I will feature images of the new shop, in Manuel Antonio, in a later post. For now, just a look at the signage art in front of the new shop.

  1. While visiting Manuel Antonio in March my friend and I visited your store on March 6 and bought a pair of sunglasses made from recycled bottle caps that I loved at a cost of $120. My friend also bought a pair. I did not use the sunglasses while in CR and kept them in their sturdy round cardboard case until I got home. The second time I wore them the arm broke off. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue and they told me they were under warranty, but I would have to send them to them. When I tried to mail them back I found out it was going to cost me $100 for shipping. Obviously that would be stupid for me to spend another $100 just to ship them. From looking at the glasses it looks like they were cracked there where the arm attaches to the lenses when I bought them but I did not notice that when I bought them. I would appreciate some kind of resolution short of me having to spend $100 to ship them back. I look forward to hearing from you.

  2. Hi! I found a piece of art there that I would like to purchase and have shipped to me. Is this possible? Thank you!

  3. I bought a pair of earrings last month, I wanted the black too, but didn’t go back to buy them. I wonder if you could let me know how much they would be to post to the UK. They are little coins with black woven wire. Thanks
