In 2004, my family visited a completed Morgan’s Rock after having camped on the undeveloped property several years earlier. The camping trip had helped establish the best potential locations for bungalows–the bungalows that you can now only reach by the pictured bridge.
Last summer, I was on the bridge and saw a couple of butterflies around the white flowers seen in the back of the picture on the left. One of them was clearly a creature of the past; the other of the future. As we traverse the annual boundary between the two, we’d like to wish our friends at Morgan’s Rock a Happy New Year!
